Jamie is the founder and director of Alpha Squared Property and has been in the property industry for over 15 years. During this time he has gained valuable experience in investing, renovations and now specialises in property development.
Also being an airline pilot Jamie brings an acute eye for detail, deep analytics, risk assessment and mitigation as well as ability to follow proven processes for his development projects.
I am passionate about building open and honest relationships with clients.
Jamie is not one to take important matters lightly, so when it came to fine tuning his property development skills he chose to undertake a property development course by veteran developer Bob Anderson and then stepped up to be personally mentored by Bob.
Jamie continues this close association with Bob who oversees and advises on all aspects of the development process bringing 35 years of experience to the table. This provides a huge amount of safety and accountability not only for himself but also his Investors and Joint Venture Partners.
